• Urea demand increased XX% YoY to 582k tons, driven by strong pre-monsoon application and improved farm activity. FATIMA (+93%) and EFERT (+34%) led growth.  
• DAP dropped X% YoY due to high global prices and cautious buying.  
• 1HCY25 urea offtake fell XX% YoY due to inventory overhang and delayed crop sowing earlier this year.  
• CAN rose XX% YoY, reflecting stronger demand for nutrient balancing.
