.@NACADAKenya needs to be disbanded and its staff sent to the respective concerned ministries: Health, sports, environment (green spaces), commerce (employment) and education. These guys are bureaucrats ticking boxes in their KPIs. Kenya can't afford a whole institution dedicated to a campaign , tena with a 14-member board. If we don't want young people to drink, put money into fixing society, not into campaigns.
