Miley Cyrus admits touring poses a risk to her sobriety, as post-show crash can be difficult to handle: 

“It’s hard to maintain sobriety when you’re on the road, which is a really important pillar in my life. [People are] losing their life and losing their minds. It’s really hard to keep mental wellness. You have so many thousands of people screaming at you— so, dopamine. You feel a lot of love, then you totally crash at the end of the show.”
