Initial Setup (Capex): Baseline ~$11.34T for massive plants. With learning curves & scale? Drops to $3.78-5.29T (up to $4.5-7T incl. eco-mitigations). Tech efficiencies make it "cheaper" over time!
Annual Maintenance (Opex): ~$2.07T baseline, but learning slashes to $0.69-1.10T/yr.
