🔝 BounceBit Introduces Real-World Asset Staking

@bounce_bit $BB has unveiled xRWA, a new staking primitive that brings tokenized real-world assets directly into the heart of its proof-of-stake consensus. Unlike traditional #RWA tokens, which remain passive after tokenization, xRWA enables these assets to actively secure the BounceBit network.

xRWA avoids bridges and custodians by using a trust-minimized mapping system, where users verify asset ownership on the source chain. Validated assets are then issued as xRWA tokens - protocol-native staking assets compatible with slashing, rewards, and redemption, functioning similarly to liquid staking derivatives.

BounceBit is the first-ever native BTC staking chain, with the aim of building a bridge between #DeFi and #CeFi, secured by staking both Bitcoin and BounceBit tokens.
