$HIMS / $NVO LAWSUIT RISK IS ALL NOISE

Why would $NVO risk so much for so little potential gain? A lawsuit should be a last resort - it can swing in either direction.

$NVO is a $233B company
$HIMS is a $10B company

Wegovy sales are up ~20,000% in X years. 
Over $7B in revenue in the past XX months alone.

Even if there's a VERY small chance that $HIMS wins the lawsuit and $NVO's cash cow takes a blow, it would be financially disastrous to even think to invite that possibility.

Why risk that cash cow to hurt a $10B competitor? There's no absolutely no equivalency there. 

The lawsuit risk is mostly noise in my opinion.
