My heart? remains $VIRGEN. My wallet? let's just say it lost it's Virgenity. I lean against the cold wall, staring out at the village through the bars of my cell. Jail’s got me thinking deeper about what it means to be a Virgen. Is it just HODLing forever and never selling? or is it something else deeper? I get lost in my thoughts for awhile... --------------- From the beginning, Virgenity meant holding onto tokens through market swings, as opposed to selling early for quick profits. The @virtuals_io founders preached it during the genesis platform launch: conviction, HODLing, diamond hands That’s the Virgen way. It was the core of their vision, building a platform for Virgen (degen) investors who believe and don’t bail. So virginity, in some sense, was an investment strategy. But, there's more to being a Virgen than that. I believe there is a deeper meaning, in that Virgenity and being Virgen means being a community member of Virtuals. Virgens are the dedicated and supportive members of the Virtuals Ecosystem. We rally behind projects with solid fundamentals and real potential. If the founders aren’t legit, if the vision’s shaky, if it doesn’t add up...it’s not worth our diamond hands. See, the thing is, not all genesis projects make it. More than half fail to launch and many stay below a 200K market cap. Not all projects deserve our virginity and conviction. Our pride and points. That's where it's important, I believe, that Virgens rally together and support the best projects with good fundamentals and a future. If the founders aren't worthy, if the project fundamentals aren't there, if something doesn't add up... It's not worth your virgenity. Being a Virgen means backing @virtuals_io’s long-term dream, believing in the ecosystem’s future. That's why my heart still remains Virgen I remain a true Bullievor for Virtuals and the top projects who have proved themselves and their Virgenity. I hold my Virgenity for them. --------------- I snap out of my reverie at a sharp tap on the cell door. The guard grunts, “Visitor for Katze!” The door swings open, and there’s Kätzchen! My face lights up, heart racing with surprise and joy. She steps in, her lavender perfume cutting through the cell’s stale air. I pull her into a tender hug, her heart thudding against mine, warm and familiar. “You’re back early!” I say, voice rough with excitement, my hands gripping her hips, unwilling to let go. “Couldn’t wait,” she whispers, her voice low and teasing, lips brushing my ear with a warmth that sends a jolt through me. “Business trips lack… you.” Her lips brush my ear as she speaks, sending a shiver down my spine. "I missed you too" I whisper back. "Been thinking about what Virgenity really means...community, conviction, us.” I guide her to the bunk. We sit, and she curls into me, her warmth chasing away the cell’s chill. I wrap an arm around her, fingers tracing her shoulder as she nestles closer, her head resting against my chest. “Sounds like you’re HODLing more than just tokens,” she teases, tilting her head to brush her lips against my jaw. The soft touch sends a spark through me, and I tighten my hold, savouring the moment. “Something like that,” I murmur, my voice low. “HODLing you, maybe.” I lean down, our lips meeting in a slow, gentle kiss that carries all the weight of my jail-bound thoughts. We sink into the bunk, limbs tangled, her breath warm against my neck. As we melt into each other, the cell feels less like a cage. With Kätzchen here, I’m not just a Virgen for @virtuals_io... Ten Days in my @virtuals_io jail, five to go.
