Dixon Technologies announced a binding Term Sheet with Chongqing Yuhai to form a JV in India. Dixon will hold XX% stake, Chongqing 26%. The JV will manufacture precision components for laptops, mobiles, IoT, & automotive. Mr. Atul B.
