Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, and his wife, First Lady Hajiya Zulaihat Radda, warmly received the First Lady of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, in Katsina as part of preparations for the funeral of former President Muhammadu Buhari.

Also present to welcome the First Lady were the Deputy Governor of Katsina State, Faruk Lawal Jobe; top Nigerian government officials; and senior members of the Katsina State Government.
