People in the $10M+ income range saw the smallest percentage point decrease from 2017 to 2018.

Looking at the actual numbers, total income tax for this group dropped slightly, from $163B to $161B.

Compare that to the $100K-$199K range, where taxes dropped from $340B to $320B
