Interesting and arguably useful framework however one has to question how many innovative fast-moving AI centric companies will sign up and comply.   Those solely targeting EU, sure but others with a global vision - - - unlikely IMHO.  The rigidity and transparency <if that's even possible at this juncture > will be non-trivial hurdles to overcome.
