Kaito announced up to X% would be allocated to yappers, I'd seen the project initially, didn't engage, took Kaito’s word for it and its something else entirely, team went from allocating X% to 1%, plus claim was scheduled to be 9:30am utc, more than an hour since and no one's been able to claim.
