The claim that this video shows President Buhari died in 2017 is incorrect.

This is a long-running conspiracy theory that has been widely debunked.

The video clips are from 2017 when he was on an extended medical trip in London, but he returned to Nigeria in August of that year and completed his second term as president in 2023.
