Binance Futures to List CUSDT and VELVETUSDT Perpetual Contracts

According to HashNews, Binance Futures will list CUSDT and VELVETUSDT perpetual contracts on July 15, 2025, supporting a maximum leverage of up to 50x. The CUSDT contract will launch at 09:00 (UTC), and the VELVETUSDT contract will launch at 09:15 (UTC). Both contracts support 24-hour trading and multi-asset mode, with USDT as the settlement asset. The funding fee rate is capped at ±2%, and it is calculated every four hours.
