It’s hard to match up to a boss like @tn_pendle who drinks gallons of whole milk, does pushups, and one-punch-mans to build Pendle into a DeFi powerhouse. So you find the hottest therapist you can online, take an Uber to see her in-person and turns out she’s an ex-model pageant winner turned wannabe shaman with a penchant for plant “herbs” with interesting effects. The hapé burns like a jolt through my nose, the ashes cross the blood-brain barrier and suddenly… I see it all so clearly. A stimulatory buzz hits, nervous system reacting to the carbonized medicinal compounds burning through… In crypto, there is yield. There is an illusion of yield, yet there is real yield. There are fluctuating rates, and floating rates, and the yield must come from somewhere. The hot ball of money rotates, the finance decentralizes… Life, yield, markets… all swing in motion, chasing bubbles, running from crashes, yet one thing remains constant. The desire for stability in the chaos, for peace in the volatility, for a fixed point in the ups and downs… Just like how Pendle’s YT/PT markets provide fixed yield on fluctuating yield rates for savvy crypto participants. It need not matter the type of yield, the stablecoin, the protocol. Pendle provides the pendulum of safety, and the means to harvest the yield of the market. Tears of epiphany come to my eyes.
