If they need to raise the capital this is the time and I think it is coming seeing all the institutional buying activity over $X. Management should do a big cap raise at $3-$3.15 (15%-20% discount to current price) for the manufacturing capacity and put a floor under the price. This is going down below $X in coming weeks.
