Should Kaito Airdrop vKAITO (vested $KAITO)?

For the next season for @KaitoAI should they airdrop vKAITO which would be a vested version, lets say for example that the airdrop is vested over 2-3 years in order to secure the network and working to make it more mature as we give more ownership to the community.
