2018 :: Indian Muslim League promised Rs XX lakh to Radhika Vemula, mother of Rohith Vemula, if she campaigns against Modi in all election-bound states.  
She did what was expected of her dutifully.
Still, IUML just paid two cheques of Rs XXX lakh each, and one bounced.
