🚨 WTF?!  XXX DEAD IN FLASH FLOODS -  AND THE CITY MANAGER HAD HIS WEATHER ALERTS “TURNED OFF"

Flash floods ripped through Kerrville, Texas. Over XXX lives lost.
And when asked why he didn’t act sooner, the city manager casually says:
“I had my weather report stuff turned off.”

You can’t make this sh*t up.
The guy in charge didn’t have alerts on while an entire town drowned.
