A dear friend who’s fought breast cancer with unbelievable strength has now been placed in hospice care… but she doesn’t know. Her family is telling her it’s just a new kind of treatment at home.

I’m going to see her, knowing it will be our last goodbye — but I’m not allowed to tell her. And carrying that truth, silently, is suffocating.💔
