- proper sizing

- diversified portfolio is mostly a meme from tardfi suits to justify existence

- concentrate positions (it frees up so much mental bandwidth)

- add to winners cut losers

- don't marry your bags

- have some clear parameters to know when your thesis is invalidated

- try to not be maxed to the tits and have some cash available for opportunities that come your way (I do this buy borrowing against core positions of $BTC, $ETH, $HYPE - if managed conservatively you maintain a nice line of credit to tap when needed.
