Not sure I believe this but …

It roughly fits what would work in Asian markets

Second row ventilated seats are key as  there are many buyers who pay a driver and sit in second row

Massaging second row seats would help, not mentioned

15-20 cm longer wheelbase might mean XX cm (12 inches) longer overall which also fits what I think it needs
