This is the perfect solution if you want republican states to be even more ignorant and underfunded when it comes to education. 

It’s also a perfect solution if you don’t care about the education of poor people.   Another win for the rich at the hands of the poor.  The Department of Education is usually not in favor by people who don’t value education.
