American elections belong to the American people, not illegal aliens.

My bill:

✅ Orders a new census that counts U.S. citizens only

✅ Directs states to redraw congressional districts based on that count

✅ Requires proof of citizenship to vote in federal elections

This is about national security, fair representation, and protecting American voters.
