My @smarterwebuk internal administration wish list over the next month: 

X. Promote @Croesus_BTC full-time.  You want people to associate Jesse with SWC to the same degree that people associate @DylanLeClair_ with MetaPlanet. That won't happen unless & until he's fulltime, and I have a hard time believing that the true leaders in this industry over the long-term will be paying their head BTC strategy employee as a contract worker. A fulltime worker filling this role seems inevitable. 
X. Hire a director of branding/marketing
