🚩If a CVNA trust "blows up," generally, no recourse. That’s the point of ABS, to ring-fence risk via a bankruptcy-remote trust.

BUT, here are the exceptions…the failed ABS trust doesn’t legally come back to Carvana, but the funding pipeline gets clogged…
