$DXY is now above $XXXX and is also above the long-term resistance line. See pic.

This is a milestone if it stays above $98, this puts $100, $102, and higher targets in the crosshairs. 

This means after a $SPY pullback, if the market is to go higher,  the market leadership will be different, it will be $USO, metals, oil service companies, defense, and value stocks, etc. that will take us higher,  not $NVDA, $SMH, or $TLT. Rotation will happen ⚠️ 
So plan accordingly on the way back up!
