Friendly advice 🧠💬

I parttake in X projects/communities right now( $best , $gem and $stylex) and all are solid, no rugs, no pump-n-dump BS. Real communities being built from the ground up.

But here’s the pattern I keep seeing:

Early projects break when they expect everyone to behave the same.

- Some are here to learn. Let them be new.
- Some want fast gains. Let them flip.
- Some vibe with the memes. Let them spread it.
- Some love the tech. Let them geek out.
- Some just watch and wait. That’s fine too.

A strong project isn’t built on control it’s built on diversity of purpose.

Different roles, reasons but same direction.

Let people contribute how they show up best.

That’s how you grow wide without breaking within.

One of the X is doing that quiet a bit better than the others. I`ll keep it to myself wich one cause they all deserve a thumbs up for being different in this game.

*Oh, one of them is kinda nailing it in all departments but I love all projects equal. I hope the others will learn along the way.
