What is your estimate of how high taxes would have to be to meet your goals?  Free homes, free college, free health care and even Universal Basic Income is a lot to give.  I think many would be needing to pay about XX% federal income tax rate plus property taxes, sales taxes and state taxes.  I would not want to live in a country with tax policy like that.  You could move to another country that is closer to what you want.
