Every Monday, we do a short growth team sync. Everyone from the creative + growth teams is involved.

We review a report showing:
• Top spenders and performers of the past week
• Top-performing hooks
• KPIs like ads launched & hitrate

Then we brainstorm new concepts we want to launch.

And we’ve got a dedicated Slack channel where anyone can drop ideas anytime, so coming up with concepts is never a bottleneck.
