June CPI is due out tomo. MoM core CPI forecast of .25% (nearly 2X May’s .13%) may concern markets if realized.. if CPI comes in hot (>0.3% MoM), expect potential volatility and rate hike chatter. If CPI surprises to the downside, especially core, expect more dovish Fed stance.
