🚨💰 Napoli have turned down - again -  Galatasaray’s latest proposal for Osimhen. 

The fee matches the €75m asking price, but the payment structure is the issue. 

The 🇮🇹 club wants more favourable terms and a shorter instalment plan to even consider the deal.
