$NWBO similar to $VRNA which knew or agreed upon w/ $MRK long b4 buyout being acquired on a huge premium so that $MRK has to let it run up non-stop until the price was right for acquisition so that both cos shareholders'd be happy.  
A deal, much larger is in place for $NWBO.
