Tesla + xAI = Elon to XX% Ownership at Tesla

How can Elon get to XX% voting control at Tesla?

One way would be to merge xAI with Tesla (which Elon said "no" too - see post below) - but here are the rough numbers.

If xAI is worth $XXX billion then Elon would get to XXXX% ownership in the combined company.
If we include his 2018 Tesla compensation plan (which is tied up in the Delaware court) he would get to 23.3%. 

In order to reach 25%, Tesla would need to purchase xAI for about $XXX billion.

On the other hand, if xAI is worth $XXX billion, then Elon's ownership in the combined company would be about XXXX% (or XXXX% if we include his 2018 Tesla compensation plan).

I'm not suggesting that xAI merge with Tesla - just showing the numbers.
