IMCTC launched today, in N’Djamena, the capital of the Republic of Chad, the Sahel Countries Program, in its fourth round, in the presence of HE the Minister of Public Security and Immigration of the Republic of Chad, Lt. Gen. Ali Ahmed Aghabach and IMCTC Secretary General, Maj. Gen. Mohammed bin Saeed Al-Moghedi, along with other military and civilian leaders from the Sahel countries. The launch, along with the concurrent workshop, comes as part of a series of specialized activities conducted by IMCTC as part of its program in the Sahel countries.
