Man (recently arrested for recording a XX year-old girl inside of a Urban Outfitters changing room at Montgomery Mall in Bethesda, Maryland) arrested again after detectives located child pornography & other disturbing videos on his phone. 

One video allegedly depicted the suspect, XX year-old Javier Armando Pastran Morales, engaging in sexual activity with a small dog, per Montgomery County PD.

Pastran Morales has now been charged with Manufacturing Child Pornography, Sex Abuse of a Minor, Distribution of Child Pornography, Aggravated Cruelty to Animals, and Possession of Child Pornography. 

This time around, Pastran Morales is being held without bond.
