Usually, you commit some high-profile atrocities to strike fear, burn homes, destroy/block food sources, and terrorize people until they leave. This is why, for example, Zionist forces poisoned Palestinian wells with typhus in 1948, and why, rather than cover up their massacre of women & children at Deir Yassin and other places, they advertised it to induce panic and flight from other villages and towns. Even the Israelis, at this point, must be amazed at what they are able to get away with. At the beginning of the assault on Gaza, they burned a lot of calories to deny and cover up the bombing of a hospital. Today? There are no hospitals left in Gaza. Women, children, aid workers, and journalists are murdered on camera daily, with soldiers stating to the press that they were ordered to do it. Settlers are attacking Palestinian villages and burning ancient churches. Crickets. US leaders, including Trump, are even more slavish in their devotion than if none of this had ever happened.
