$MFI: Has held up relatively well post r/s. The crypto momentum trade is still alive and kicking (see $SONN and $DDC today).

Buyer's legal counsel: Orrick (Top XX law firm with core speciality in crypto transactions)
New CEO: ex-Director at Trendup - a HK licensed crypto fund
New CFO: ex-Partner at Chinese arm of @GSR_io (biggest crypto market maker in the world)
New board member: UN official and ex-Foreign Minister of France

Still holding full position/being patient. With this tiny float it can get violent in either direction so embrace volatility and manage risk!
