Hello @MrsGandhi, First of all that is not Burqa, It's a Headscarf. Secondly, in the inquiry, it was revealed that the girl giving exam is Anu Surya, she hid the device in her undergarments. Her sister Anuradhabai in Headscarf was helping her while sitting outside the exam center. They were caught by NSUI leaders and handled over to the police.
