Religious freedom is core to the American experiment. We have championed landmark legislation over the years to protect religious liberty, including laws that enshrine parental rights, universal school choice, and protections from vaccine mandates.

Today at New College, I was pleased to announce that Florida has earned the #1 spot on the @1stLiberty Institute’s Religious Liberty in the States Index.

I’m proud that First Liberty Institute has recognized Florida’s unwavering commitment to religious freedom, and Florida will continue to serve as a model for states in defending this fundamental right that we as Americans hold dear.
