Starting Sept. 29, Starbucks $SBUX will require corporate employees to be in the office X days a week, up from three. Remote people managers will also need to relocate to Seattle or Toronto within XX months.

The shift is part of the company’s “Back to Starbucks” plan under CEO Brian Niccol, who’s leading a turnaround after five straight quarters of same-store sales declines. Starbucks is also offering a one-time voluntary exit package for employees who choose to leave.
