$SPKL XXXXXXXXX public shares remain after extension which is smaller than $DMYY. LOI with Kneron (AI chip Co.) with backing from Alibaba, Foxconn, Qualcomm, & Saudis among others. This LOI is from OCT 2024 but they just recently renewed it. NAV ~$10.93 increasing ~$0.05 monthly.
