Not every product needs a token.
Not every token needs a product.

In fact, speculation fueled by tribalism (as coined by @what3verman) is already a massive force in the traditional world just look at sports, gaming fandoms, or even meme stocks like $GME.

If you’re a gamer, you get it. Identity and belief can become stronger than utility.

But in Web3, the real edge is PMF, Product-Market Fit also I believe what I like to call PPN: Product, People, and Narrative.

Without those, you’re just spinning a token with no soul.
