One would think that @counterparthlth is working with $HUM CenterWell Care Centers, @centerwellhh Home Care and their Pharmacy division to start.
@Humana currently has XXX CenterWell & Conviva primary care centers and is planning on adding 20–30 new centers per year.
Roughly 1.2M patients are under HUM Home care and Care centers management.
