- Meta Platforms $META plans to invest hundreds of billions in AI infrastructure. 
- CEO Mark Zuckerberg aims to build an elite, talent-dense AI team. 
- Meta is constructing massive data centers, including the Prometheus supercluster. 
- Prometheus, powered by XXXXXXX Nvidia $NVDA GPUs, will exceed X GW in 2026. 
- Hyperion, another data center, will scale up to X GW over time. 
- Multiple "titan" clusters are also under development. - Meta Superintelligence Labs will have industry-leading compute per researcher.
- Meta hired Apple’s AI models head, Ruoming Pang, for its AI division. 
- Several OpenAI researchers have recently joined Meta. - Meta invested $14.3B in Scale AI, with Scale’s CEO joining Meta’s AGI-focused team.
