A hyper-realistic latex “human skin teddy bear” sparked a police investigation in Victorville

The bear turned out to be an art piece made by Robert Kelly of Dark Seed Creations

Kelly confirmed he shipped one of the bears to a customer in Victorville last week

An investigation is still underway
