Audience help request: why isn’t this Kingston X bed flat selling? 

The agent I’m working with on the “no valuation” approach has had an almost unbroken run of success, selling every property they’ve listed in under X weeks. 

Except this one. A big X bed flat, launched at a price they were very confident would generate a lot of interest, and multiple viewings. 

But no. Just two viewings. What’s wrong with it?
