Azusa Pacific paid a consulting firm $XXXXXX to evaluate bringing back football to their campus, and helping with their "strategic plan" to do so.
Hefty price tag for a company located in Texas to do this work since the SCIAC is based here in CA, but that's just my opinion. 
I'd LOVE to see that report . . . .
