Actually, $GOOG never appears as Oscar’s largest shareholder in Q1 2021–Q4 2023 on any institutional filings. 

Yes, Google’s CapitalG and Verily invested early on (2015/2018), but those were venture capital stakes, not dominant public equity ownership.

Today, the largest shareholders based on SEC filings are institutions like Vanguard, BlackRock, T. Rowe Price, and Deerfield. 

The only investor with a larger share is Thrive Capital (~16%), which is Oscar’s VC backer...not Google. 

So the claim that $GOOG was Oscar's largest public equity holder during that period doesn’t hold up.

Please enlighten me if I am wrong.
