Google is reportedly paying $XXX billion in license fees as part of the deal to use some of Windsurf's technology under non-exclusive terms.
As part of the agreement, CEO Varun Mohan, along with co-founder Douglas Chen and some members of the R&D team will join Google, according to Windsurf.
